Whilst we are building our portfolio in the residential market, we have designed a number of concepts below to give you an idea of the types of projects we can complete at your home.

ALL-WEATHER SOCIAL SPACE WITH FIRE PIT

What is better than sitting outside with family and friends in an evening, around a fire pit, with your favourite drink in hand? Or of course, having a beautiful space to enjoy social gathering and barbeques during the daytime?

Talk to one of our consultants about your goals for an all-weather space for socialising outdoors. We can include everything from seating and covers/canopies to gas or wood fire pits and mood lighting to create the ambience you want.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN

An outdoor kitchen is the perfect space for entertaining as you can socialise with your guests whilst cooking. It expands your living space without the need for 4 walls and a roof and you can create your dream kitchen in your outdoor area. Our consultant can discuss your lifestyle and vision for your space and suggest enhancements such as heaters, furnishings, lighting and music which can become part of your bespoke design.

HOME GYM

Are you considering a home gym, but don’t have the space indoors? Have you considered a covered outdoor gym? It can be used in any weather, with the benefit of being able to see and feel the outdoors. You can meet with one of our consultants who specialises in gyms and discuss the options for optimum physical health and mental health. Taking into account your health and exercise goals and individual needs, a design concept can be developed to incorporate space, equipment, lighting etc.

HOME CINEMA

The only thing better than watching a good movie in the comfort of your own home, is relaxing under the stars with an outdoor home cinema. Outdoor cinemas are great places to relax in the fresh air, watching a movie with family, friends and popcorn of course! Once we see your space and find out what will fit your space and lifestyle, our consultant can talk through a range of options for your home cinema, including the technology, furnishings, sound and lighting.

RELAXING SPACE

Pools aren’t just for holiday villas…it could be an option for your outdoor space. Or perhaps you just want a relaxed seating area? Whatever your space, lifestyle and budget, our consultants can discuss various ideas and options, before creating your own unique space.
